Wash hair thoroughly before the appoint - it is advised not to add products as they may not mix well with the products to be used during the installation process. If there are complications during the installation process due to products added before the appointment and/or unclean hair, no refunds will be considered - instead, the appointment will have to be rebooked and a new booking fee provided.
