Policies

If you are late by 15 minutes or more, your Makeova Den stylist reserves the right to keep the deposit amount and cancel the appointment. if your lateness threatens to cut into other appointment times and your services are still rendered, an inconvenience fee of $40 may be applied to the balance due. If possible, the appointment may also be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.

As a result, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 48-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked service. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount. 

Age Requirements

Services will not be rendered to persons 16 years or younger without parental consent.

Food & Drink

Outside food and drinks are permitted. That being said, in-house snacks and beverages, may also be offered.

Pets

At this time, service animals only.

Right to Refuse Service

To ensure a safe work environment and positive client experience, Makeova Den staff reserve the right to refuse services should a client engage in behaviour(s) that threaten a cooperative environment.
